COQUILLE, Ore. (AP) — A man accused of killing his sister-in-law in Coos County pleaded guilty Monday to aggravated murder.

The Register-Guard reports 45-year-old Patrick Lee Horath admitted sex abuse and murder in return for prosecutors dropping other charges. He faces 30 years in prison when he is sentenced Tuesday.

Thirty-one-year-old Jayme Austin was strangled last November in the bathroom of her mother’s home.
