LONGVIEW, Wash. (AP) — The Humane Society of Cowlitz County is offering a $500 reward to find whoever doused a cat with gasoline and lit it on fire Sunday in Longview.
The Daily News of Longview says police responding to a report of a fire in an alley found the dead cat and noticed the strong odor of gas.
