ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen hasn’t heard whether he faces punishment for expletive-filled comments about umpire Joe West following his ejection during a game in Cleveland.

Speaking before his team opened a series against Tampa Bay on Thursday, Guillen reiterated his belief that he didn’t “say anything to disrespect anybody or the game” when he criticized West’s handling of ejections of Guillen and pitcher Mark Buehrle for protesting a pair of balks on Wednesday.

Guillen said he hasn’t talked to anyone with Major League Baseball, but said “they know where to find me.”
