OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) — Lt. Gov. Brad Owen leaves Wednesday on a 20-day trade mission to promote Washington business in India and China.
His office says Owen will attend a trade fair in New Delhi and visit officials in the Indian state of Orissa.
Owen also will join a delegation from Seattle’s Chinese community for a convention in Taishan, near Hong Kong.
