Serbian duo Djokovic, Troicki win at Swiss Indoors

BASEL, Switzerland (AP) — Novak Djokovic and Serbian Davis Cup teammate Viktor Troicki advanced to the semifinals at the Swiss Indoors with straight-set wins Friday.

The second-seeded Djokovic defeated 67th-ranked qualifier Robin Haase of the Netherlands 6-2, 6-3, while Troicki beat Richard Gasquet of France 6-4, 6-2 in a potential preview of a singles match in the Davis Cup final.

Serbia hosts France in Belgrade on Dec. 3-5.

In matches later Friday, fourth-seeded Andy Roddick of the United States played David Nalbandian of Argentina and top-seeded Roger Federer faced Radek Stepanek of the Czech Republic.
