DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) — A blackout at the stadium has delayed Bethune-Cookman’s game against North Carolina A&T.

Bethune-Cookman was leading 19-0 late in the first quarter when the lights went out. Moments later, a thunderstorm moved over darkened Municipal Stadium.

Athletic director Lynn Thompson says workers are trying to restore power, and a decision on whether to continue will be made in consultation with local authorities.
