BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) — Denarius McGhee threw for 325 yards and a touchdown and Orenzo Davis rushed for 114 yards and two scores as Montana State kept pace atop the Big Sky with a mistake-filled 24-10 victory over Weber State on Saturday.

McGhee threw a 13-yard TD pass to Tanner Bleskin with 10:03 to play, sparking a 21-point final quarter for the Bobcats (8-2, 6-1), who are tied for first in the conference with Eastern Washington.

Cameron Higgins was 23 for 32 for 229 yards before leaving with an injury late in the fourth quarter and Vaingamalie Tafuna scored on a 16-yard run for the Wildcats (5-4, 4-3).

Davis rushed only 14 times and gained a large chunk of his yardage on a 40-yard TD scamper late in the game, helping Montana State overcome three lost fumbles and a missed field goal.

Bo Bolen had 79 yards on 16 carries for Weber State.
