SALEM, Ore. (AP) — The owner of a Salem scrapbooking business has been accused of using fake documents to live under an assumed identity for more than 20 years and dodge two charges from the 1980s.

The Statesman Journal reports a Keizer police officer stopped 46-year-old Tracy Humphreys on Oct. 27. Humphreys gave the officer a false name.

The officer found fake identity cards under a second false name in her purse.

She was charged — still under a false name — with identity theft.

When fingerprinted, police linked her to her real name and two outstanding charges: a 1988 parole violation and a 1989 theft charge from Walla Walla, Wash.

She had married and had children under a false name.

She was arrested on Oct. 29.
