A developer has submitted plans for a $50 million retail complex on the northeast corner of Southeast 192nd Avenue and 20th Street in east Vancouver.
Vancouver developer Dean Kirkland expects a February ground breaking for the six-building 192nd Avenue Station, a companion to the newly completed 192nd Avenue Plaza retail center on the south side of 20th Street. The 192nd Avenue Station’s six-acre site sits at a point that could become a new link between Vancouver to Camas.
Transportation planners from both cities hope to extend 20th Street east less than two miles to meet with Northwest 38th Avenue in Camas.
