HOQUIAM, Wash. (AP) — Hoquiam is getting fluoridated water, at least temporarily.
Mayor Jack Durney told KBKW a water main broke over the weekend, and during the repair Hoquiam is receiving water from Aberdeen, which is fluoridated.
At a public meeting in October citizens disagreed about fluoridating Hoquiam’s water supply, so the city council postponed a decision.
