A Vancouver man who was reported missing from his mall-area apartment Monday has been found safe.
Bradley Barter, 31, had last been seen wearing a black and blue jacket, a red Washington State University sweatshirt, blue jeans and black and gray shoes. He is about 6 foot 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds, according to a bulletin issued by the Vancouver Police Department.
In the bulletin, police said he’d left his apartment sometime Monday evening with no money, without access to a vehicle and without his daily medication.
Tuesday night, police said he was found safe in good physical condition in downtown Vancouver, and thanked those who helped find him.
