ALBANY, Ore. (AP) — A Linn County Circuit Court jury has convicted Lebanon City Councilman Tim Fox on six charges of sexual abuse, coercion and private indecency.

The Albany Democrat-Herald says the jury returned its verdict Friday afternoon and that Fox could face up to five years in prison when he is sentenced Dec. 8.

Fox was accused of abusing his power as a Lebanon city councilman and Oregon National Guard recruiter by soliciting sexual favors from four young women between 2008 and 2010. He denies the charges.
