The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In August, the Nursing Commission terminated the order of probation against registered nurse Deborah M. Childress.

In September, the Nursing Commission charged registered nurse Megan A. Conahan, also known as Megan A. Generaux, with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly failed to comply with terms and conditions set against her license.

In September, the Nursing Assistant Program charged Kristin A. Davis, also known as Kristin A. Bicknel, with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly abused a vulnerable adult.

In September, the Nursing Assistant Program charged Penny J. Linson with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly took controlled substances from her place of employment for her own use.

In September, the Nursing Assistant Program indefinitely suspended the credential of Amber L. McBride. McBride failed to comply with a previous agreement.
