STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — Marshall Moses scored 17 points to lead four double-figure scorers for Oklahoma State in an 86-73 season-opening win over Houston Baptist on Saturday.

The Cowboys also got 16 points from freshman Jean-Paul Olukemi, 15 from Nick Sidorakis and 13 from Keiton Page. Darrell Williams had a team-high nine rebounds.

Houston Baptist got 24 points from Andrew Gonzalez and 22 from Miles Dixon.

The Cowboys outscored the Huskies, 38-4, in the paint and forced the Huskies into 23 turnovers. Williams had six of Oklahoma State’s 18 offensive rebounds.

Oklahoma State led 41-28 at halftime and pushed the margin to 20 with just over 14 minutes remaining. A Dixon 3-pointer and a field goal drew the visitors to within nine but a Sidorakis 3 quickly pushed the lead back to 80-68 and Oklahoma State coasted the rest of the way.
