LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — Get Ready Bertie, in foal to Majestic Warrior, brought $170,000 to lead Monday’s session of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale.
Australian bloodstock agent Vin Cox purchased the 6-year-old stakes-winning mare, who was consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency.
Receipts during the eighth session of the sale Monday totaled $3,795,800, an average of $14,599, compared with last year’s total of $4,902,600, an average of $20,343.
The sale continues through Saturday.
