Developer Ott Gaither of GG One Inc. has submitted plans to the county that detail the North Glen Villas 190-unit townhouse development. The complex would be on a 10.7-acre site in the Sunnyside neighborhood, at Northeast 72nd Avenue at 106th Street.
The plans call for developing in phases. The first phase would divide 2.7 acres into 38 single-family townhouse lots. The second phase calls for developing the remaining 8 acres into 152 multifamily apartment units.
