SEATTLE (AP) — A firefighter fell into a stairwell but was not injured while putting out a blaze at a strip mall in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle.
KOMO-TV reports the fire was quickly put out Monday morning. Three shops have minor damage, mostly from water.
The fire was reported by a Seattle City Light crew that noticed smoke while responding to a power outage.
