ELLENSBURG, Wash. (AP) — Tyler Miller is the new publisher of the Daily Record,

Mike Gugliotto, president and CEO of Pioneer Newspapers announced Monday in Ellensburg.

Miller, 31, has served as interim publisher since October when former Daily Record publisher Matt Davison accepted the position as publisher of the Idaho Press-Tribune.

Miller has been the advertising director at the Daily Record since June 2008 and has 11 years experience in the newspaper industry. Before moving to Ellensburg, he ran the advertising department for 13 weekly newspapers in the Denver metro area, and was an advertising sales representative for the Idaho Statesman in Boise.
