Florida A&M defeats Webber International 93-70

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Amin Stevens scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Florida A&M over Webber International 93-70 on Monday night.

The Rattlers (3-4) shot 60.7 percent from the field (37 of 61) including 9 of 16 from behind the 3-point arc (56.3 percent).

Yannick Crowder added 12 points, Larry Jackson 11 and Cecil Bent 10 for Florida A&M.

The Rattlers led 45-33 at halftime and outrebounded Webber International 42-28.

Webber International, an NAIA team who counted this game as an exhibition, had three players in double figures.

Gabriel Rutledge had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Preston Adams scored 17 points and Justin Cockrell added 11 for the Warriors. Adams was 3 of 5 from 3-point range.

Webber International shot 41.9 percent from the field (26 of 62).
