PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A man trying to walk across Interstate 5 early Tuesday in Portland was struck and killed near the I-84 exit.
Police say the man made it across the northbound lanes about 2 a.m. but was hit by several vehicles in the southbound lanes.
