Pageant contestants take stage Saturday

Nine young women will compete for the Miss Clark County’s Outstanding Teen and Miss Clark County titles at 6 p.m. Saturday at Fort Vancouver High School, 5700 E. 18th St. Vancouver. Tickets, $25, are available at the door, which opens at 5:30 p.m.

Up for Miss Clark County Outstanding Teen are Alicia Nicole Cooper, a 16-year-old Skyview High School junior; Anna Buchholz, a 16-year-old Mountain View High School junior; Ashley Michelle Fleck, a 16-year-old La Center High School junior; and Jenny Nicole Reynolds, a 15-year-old La Center High School sophomore.

Competing for Miss Clark County are Cassie Jean Tomseth, a 20-year-old Clark College sophomore; Jenna LeahAnn Nelmark, an 18-year-old Washington State University Vancouver freshman; Katie Elizabeth Parsons, a 22-year-old University of Hawaii senior; Samantha Noakes, a 19-year-old Washington State University Vancouver sophomore; and Sarah Catherine Wilson, a 22-year-old graduate of California Baptist University.

Miss Clark County is an official preliminary to the Miss Washington and Miss America programs.
