JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. (AP) — A flag ceremony Thursday at Joint Base Lewis-McChord marks the return of the 4th Stryker brigade after a year of combat operations in Iraq.
The brigade rolled out to Kuwait in August and about 3,500 soldiers returned to the Army base near Tacoma during September.
