MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) — Zac Dysert threw for 399 yards and three touchdowns, including a 71-yarder to Andrew Cruse with 19 seconds remaining to lift Miami (Ohio) to a 27-20 victory over Central Michigan on Saturday.

Dysert was 27 of 49 and Cruse caught eight passes for a career-high 179 yards and two TDs as the RedHawks (4-3, 3-0 Mid-American Conference) won a road game for the first time since 2008.

Ryan Radcliff threw for 329 yards and Carl Volny and Paris Cotton each had a rushing touchdown for the Chippewas (2-5, 1-3).

Dysert found Cruse alone behind Central Michigan’s secondary on a third-and-14 play, and Cruse ran the final 30-plus yards untouched into the end zone for the winning score.

Armand Robinson added 102 receiving yards, and Nick Harwell caught eight passes for 97 yards and a touchdown for Miami.
