EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Michigan State and Miami will play a home-and-home football series in the next decade.
Michigan State athletic director Mark Hollis announced Wednesday his team will host the Hurricanes in 2020 and will play the next season on the road against them.
The Spartans signed contracts earlier this year to play West Virginia in 2014-15 and Alabama the next two seasons, as well as to extend their rivalry with Notre Dame through 2031 with a series of two-year breaks.
Miami leads the series with Michigan State 4-0, with the last meeting in 1989.
