WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) — The owner of a Walla Walla toy store says he’ll fight the city to keep a mural of a giant purple octopus.
Bob Catsiff told The Walla Walla Union-Bulletin on Tuesday that he’s hired a lawyer to contest a $100-a-day fine.
The city says the mural on the downtown storefront is a sign that violates the city code.
Catsiff says the mural on his Inland Octopus store is art.
