ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — Starting defensive tackle Kyle Williams is questionable to play at Baltimore this weekend, leaving the Buffalo Bills already porous run defense with a big hole to fill.

A sore left ankle forced Williams to miss his second straight practice Friday. Coach Chan Gailey says he’ll likely wait until game time Sunday to determine whether Williams will play vs. the Ravens (4-2).

Williams was hurt in practice Wednesday, when a teammate rolled up on his leg. His injury is a significant blow for the Bills (0-5), who have allowed a league-worst 912 yards rushing.

Gailey listed reserve linebacker Keith Ellison (knee) as questionable, and ruled out cornerback Terrence McGee (back/nerve problem) and starting left tackle Cornell Green (knee).
