TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Steven Jackson has become the Rams’ all-time leading rusher during the first half of Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Jackson moved ahead of Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson on a 3-yard carry to midfield early in the second quarter. Dickerson gained 7,245 yards for the Rams from 1983-87. Jackson began the day needing 32 yards to become the franchise’s leader.

Last week, the seventh-year pro joined Dickerson and Marshall Faulk as the only players with at least 25 100-yard rushing performances for the Rams.
