Battle Ground police have arrested a suspect in the Sept. 29 robbery of Riverview Community Bank.
Keenie J. Gutierrez, 28, of Battle Ground, was arrested Tuesday afternoon and booked at the Clark County Jail on suspicion of first-degree robbery, according to a police department news release.
Leads and information provided to police led to Gutierrez’s arrest, police said. Gutierrez has no known criminal history.
The bank, at 15 N.W. 13th Ave., was robbed about 3:20 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon. A man wearing baseball cap and sunglasses entered the bank and showed a threatening note, then left with some cash.
Police believe Gutierrez spent all of the stolen money.
