YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) — The Yakima County sheriff’s office says inconsistencies in the report of a woman’s suicide in Tieton (TY’-uh-tuhn) led them to arrest her boyfriend for investigation of homicide.
The sheriff’s office says 28-year-old Sabrina Flores of Tieton was shot in the head Saturday, and her 31-year-old boyfriend reported she shot herself.
He was held on unrelated warrants, and the sheriff’s office reported Monday he was arrested in connection with the death.
