Team outlook: It’s back to square one in Washougal, where the Panthers again have a new head coach. Bob Jacobs likes the focus and enthusiasm of the players who turned out, and a big junior class will be the foundation. The Panthers have a couple of transfers who could be impact players. Jacobs on his philosophy: “We’re not going to run around you, we’re going to run at you.”
