Correction: More state testing

More state testing: Student assessment scores for Chief Umtuch Middle School and the Vancouver Home Connection program were missing from the large chart on Page A4 on Wednesday.

Pass rates for grade and subject in Battle Ground’s Chief Umtuch Middle School were:

Fifth-grade reading, 64.3 percent; math, 62.0 percent; science, 40.3 percent.

Sixth-grade reading, 69.9 percent; math, 63.9 percent.

Seventh-grade reading, 72.2 percent; math, 66.9 percent; writing, 60.2 percent.

Eighth-grade reading, 68.8 percent; math, 67.4 percent; science, 49.3 percent.

Pass rates for Vancouver Home Connection were:

Third-grade reading, 52.4 percent; math, 28.6 percent; writing, 42.9 percent.

Fourth-grade reading, 69.2 percent; math, 46.2 percent; science, 23.1 percent.
