PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Forest Grove man lost control of his motorcycle on Oregon 6 and crashed, suffering serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The Oregonian reports that the accident happened around 2:45 p.m. on Sunday when 61-year-old Daniel Everett Shaw tried to make a left turn but slid into an embankment and was ejected into a ten-foot ditch.
State Police spokesman Lieutenant Gregg Hastings says Shaw was wearing a helmet.
