FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Baylor coach Art Briles isn’t mentioning anything about a rivalry with fourth-ranked TCU to his players.

Briles says they wouldn’t have any idea what he was talking about. Many of them were still in preschool when TCU and Baylor were last together in the old Southwest Conference 15 years ago.

Bears quarterback Robert Griffin says he didn’t know what the Southwest Conference was until he got to Baylor.

Though the private Christian schools are less than 90 miles apart and have played 105 times — 49 wins for each side and seven ties — this will be only the third meeting since the SWC’s final season in 1985. TCU has won the last two.

Saturday’s game in Fort Worth is sold out.
