PORT ANGELES, Wash. (AP) — A sculpture of an octopus-like sea creature that was stolen from its downtown Port Angeles display has been returned, just two days after it was discovered missing.
Jan Harbick of the Port Angeles Downtown Association says the aluminum sculpture titled “Unipus” just showed up Monday in front of Chase Bank, and was handed over to police. It was discovered missing on Saturday.
Both Harbick and artist Gabrielle Glasen say they’re relieved.
