EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (AP) — Guard Anthony Roberson is among four players who have signed with the Los Angeles Lakers shortly before they open training camp.

Roberson signed with the Lakers on Friday. He’ll join guard Trey Johnson and centers Andrew Naymick and Russell Hicks to fill out the camp roster for the two-time defending NBA champions.

The Lakers already had 14 players under contract for the upcoming season, including second-round draft picks Devin Ebanks and Derrick Caracter.

Roberson played for Memphis, Golden State, New York and Chicago before spending last season with France’s Strasbourg IG.

Johnson and Hicks are veterans of the NBA’s D-League, while Naymick is a Michigan State product who played in Poland and Spain.
