Woodland City Council, Council Chambers, 100 Davidson Ave.: 7 p.m., confirm appointment of Lodging Tax Advisory Committee members; authorize mayor to sign letter endorsing restructuring of the county’s tourism department, as well as dedicating 10 percent of annual Lodging Tax for the next six years as a partner in “The Big Idea” fund allocation.

Skamania County commissioners, Skamania County Courthouse, Stevenson: 9:30 a.m., approve cooperative agreement with Clark County to control garlic mustard on 10 acres in Clark County; approve agreement with Office of the Secretary of State to allow county to participate in Statewide Voters’ Pamphlet; approve leases for three buildings at Wind River Business Park.

Port of Camas-Washougal, 24 S. A St., Washougal: 4:30 p.m., executive session (closed to the public): discuss property acquisition; 5 p.m. meeting (open to the public): capital improvement plan, reader board policy, PSU panel testing lease, Metzger lease, general tree service contract, Pacific Energy Concepts contract, public comment.
