STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) — A judge says Oklahoma State basketball player Darrell Williams will stand trial on rape and other felony charges alleging he inappropriately touched two female students.

Payne County Special Judge Michael Stano issued his ruling Monday and set a May 13 trial before District Judge Phillip Corley. Williams has pleaded not guilty and remains free on bond.

Two women said during Monday’s hearing that the 21-year-old Williams reached into their pants against their will during a December party.

Prosecutors initially charged Williams with three counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual battery. Stano allowed a fourth count of rape by instrumentation to be added Monday.

Oklahoma State coach Travis Ford suspended Williams after the player was charged Feb. 7.
