A Portland woman’s vehicle came to a rest on its top on Interstate 205 early this morning after she lost control on eastbound Mill Plain Boulevard and slid down an embankment.
Hephzibah G. Cerino, 22, suffered a broken left arm and cuts to her hands and face in the 1 a.m. wreck. She was transported to Southwest Washington Medical Center. Her 2007 Ford Focus was totaled.
Cerino caused the crash by driving too fast for the road conditions, according to a Washington State Patrol news release. Charges are pending.
