Skyview High School

Share of Vancouver will host its 10th annual Share-a-Bowl event at Skyview High School, starting at 4 p.m. Sunday. Attendees will get a bowl of soup, keep the ceramic bowl and vote for the best of three chefs who will make vegetable minestrone, Guatemalan chicken stew with Tomatillo sauce and roasted garlic tomato basil, respectively.

The event is free for children younger than 5 years old, $15 for children between five and 12 years old, $35 for people 12 years old and older and $280 for a table of eight people. All proceeds go towards Share’s hunger initiatives.

Attendees can also bring cans of food - preferably protein and/or vegetables - to enter the door prize drawing.
