INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Indianapolis Colts have selected Syracuse running back Delone Carter in the fourth round of the NFL draft.

At 5-foot-8, 225 pounds, Carter considers himself more of a power runner, which could help the Colts solve their struggles in short-yardage situations. He was taken No. 119 overall.

It’s the first time the Colts haven’t taken a 300-pound linemen in this draft. Indy used Thursday’s first-round pick on Boston College offensive tackle Anthony Castonzo. They selected another tackle, Villanova’s Ben Ijalana, in the second round Friday and then took LSU defensive tackle Drake Nevis in the third round.

The Colts still have a sixth-round pick, No. 188 overall, to make Saturday.
