RENTON, Wash. (AP) — It’s all about the offensive line for the Seattle Seahawks.

After trading out of the second-round to acquire more picks, the Seahawks grabbed Wisconsin guard John Moffitt with the 75th overall pick in the third-round of the NFL draft on Friday night.

The selection of Moffitt comes on the heels of Seattle grabbing Alabama offensive tackle James Carpenter in the first-round on Thursday.

It’s clear new assistant head coach Tom Cable is having major influence in the Seahawks draft room. And for good reason after Seattle ranked 31st in the NFL last season at running the football.

Seattle held a second-round pick, No. 57 overall, but moved back in a trade with Detroit. The Seahawks now have seven picks on Saturday, including two in the fourth, fifth and seventh rounds.
