Motorcycle rider killed in crash near Finley

FINLEY, Wash. (AP) -- The Washington State Patrol says a 31-year-old Kennewick man, Coby Hale, was killed early Tuesday when he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a tree off Highway 397 near Finley in Benton County. Troopers say the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed.
