LONDON (AP) — Olympic champion Dayron Robles set a stadium record of 13.04 seconds to win the 110-meter hurdles in the Diamond League meet at Crystal Palace on Friday. American rival David Oliver finished third.

Robles, the world record holder, held off Jason Richardson of the U.S in the last meet before the world championships in South Korea.

Jamaica’s Yohan Blake took advantage of the withdrawal of injured countryman Asafa Powell to win the 100 in 9.95 into a headwind.

Eighteen-year-old Kirani James of Grenada upstaged his more experienced rivals by winning the 400 in a season’s best time of 44.61. This was his first race as a professional.
