A medically endangered Vancouver woman who went missing under suspicious circumstances has been located safe and unharmed, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Deborah Ann Kellar, 22, went missing earlier this week and withdrew money from her bank account in Hazel Dell and Portland. She was also seen Wednesday at a bank in Hillsboro, Ore., with two people unknown to her family.

Kellar has the cognitive skills of a 15-year-old, is shy of strangers and suffers from diabetes and clinical depression, Sheriff’s Sgt. Randon Walker said in a bulletin late Wednesday night.

A sheriff’s office bulletin Saturday afternoon thanked the media for its assistance and said there would be no further details released.
