SEATTLE (AP) — A Seattle man accused of selling heroin has been charged with controlled substance homicide in the drug overdose death of a 19-year-old in Bellevue.
King County prosecutors say 20-year-old Adam F. Pepka sold the heroin that killed Zachary Lyter, a former Issaquah High School football player. His body was found May 4 by his father at their home.
The seattlepi.com reports (http://bit.ly/oQrFTA ) that charging documents filed earlier this month in Seattle say Pepka continued to sell heroin after Lyter’s death.
