Brush Prairie teen wins medal at horse show

Brush Prairie — Krystal Blundell, 17, won the American Morgan Horse Association Saddle Seat Silver Medal Award. She received the award for her outstanding performance at the North Star Americana Morgan Horse Show held in St. Paul, Minn., in early July.
This win has qualified Blundell to compete in the 2011 Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show in Oklahoma City, Okla., in October.
