Injured Washington DOT worker in stable condition

SEATTLE (AP) -- The state Transportation Department says the worker injured Tuesday in a crash on Camano Island is in serious but stable condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The Washington State Patrol says the worker was hurt when a pickup truck rear-ended a car stopped at a red light on Highway 532 and the wreckage hit a maintenance truck, pinning the worker against a light pole.
