Highway 2 closed by Tumwater Canyon wildfire

LEAVENWORTH, Wash. (AP) -- Traffic on Highway 2 is being detoured Thursday at Tumwater Canyon near Leavenworth as firefighters work on a 100-acre wildfire.
The Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest says there have been no injuries or structure damage in the fire that shut down a 15-mile stretch of the highway Wednesday afternoon.
The fire is burning grass, shrubs and trees.
