A's place reliever Magnuson on DL

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -- The Athletics have placed reliever Trystan Magnuson on the 15-day disabled list with tendinitis in his pitching shoulder.
Magnuson has no record and a 6.14 ERA in nine games with Oakland. The right-hander pitched most recently in Monday's 6-2 loss to Baltimore and surrendered a home run to Mark Reynolds in the ninth.
The move is retroactive to Tuesday.
Left-hander Jordan Norberto was called up from Triple-A Sacramento to take Magnuson's spot on the roster.
Oakland announced the moves before Thursday night's game against Toronto.
