FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Rose Bowl champion TCU is hoping to make it to a third consecutive BCS game before coming off the mountain.

The 14th-ranked Horned Frogs will move to the Big East Conference next season, a league with an automatic BCS berth. They will try to leave the Mountain West with their third straight conference title.

TCU has had consecutive undefeated regular seasons that ended with BCS games even without having automatic access.

Andy Dalton, TCU’s winningest quarterback, is among eight offensive starters who are gone.

Sophomore quarterback Casey Pachall (PAW’-hall), the likely starter, says the departed players left the Frogs with the mentality of what it takes to be successful again.
